Terms and Conditions

  1. Booking and Reservations
  • All bookings are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • A booking will be confirmed only when a deposit of 25% is received.
  • The balance must be paid 30 days prior to the departure date, or the booking will be canceled.
  1. Payments
  • • Payments can be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or any other secure payment gateway.
  • Full payment is required before services are rendered.
  1. Cancellation Policy:

Policy Regarding Cancellation / No Show / Early Departure: –
In case of cancellation of tour/travel services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reason/s we must be informed in writing.  Cancellation charges 20% would be effective from the date we receive letter in writing and cancellation charges would be as follows: –

  • 03 weeks in advance – 30% Cancellation charge
  • 02 week in advance – 60% Cancellation charge
  • 1 Week or Less than a week / No Show – 100% Cancellation charge
  1. Changes by Just India Holidays

Just India Holidays reserves the right to make minor changes to the itinerary if necessary (e.g., due to weather, safety concerns, or availability).

  • If major changes occur, clients will be informed as soon as possible, and options will be provided (alternative arrangements or refunds).
  1. Travel Documents and Visas
  • It is the client’s responsibility to ensure they have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and other necessary permits, prior to the commencement of travel.
  • Just India Holidays is not responsible for any loss or inconvenience caused by the failure to secure proper travel documents.
  1. Health and Safety
  • Guests are responsible for ensuring they are in good health and capable of participating in the activities of the trip.
  • Guests should consult their doctor for any required vaccinations or health precautions.
  • Just India Holidays is not liable for any medical conditions that may arise during the trip.
  1. Privacy Policy
  • Personal information collected from guests will be used solely for the purpose of facilitating the trip.
  • Just India Holidays will not share personal information with third parties except as required for booking services.
  1. Code of Conduct:
    Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards fellow campers, staff, and residents.
    Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in eviction without refund.

9. Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
